We're partnering with a fast-growing, independent digital marketing agency looking for an experienced Performance Media Account Director to lead a portfolio of high-value client accounts across PPC and Paid Social.

The Role

As Performance Media Account Director, you'll act as a senior strategic partner to clients, ensuring marketing activity aligns with wider business objectives while delivering measurable performance outcomes.

You'll work closely with channel specialists and wider marketing teams to create integrated media strategies across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

About You

Essential Experience

  • 5+ years' experience in digital marketing or performance media.
  • Experience leading PPC and Paid Social strategies for multiple clients.
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring team members.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads and digital measurement.
  • Proven ability to build trusted client relationships.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
