The Role

The UK BDR will be responsible for generating new leads, booking meetings and holding initial discovery meetings with key individuals from the UK Target Account List.

Core Responsibilities

  • Generating leads for net new accounts
  • Booking meetings with new contacts in companies for current opportunities
  • Curating personalised (company/person) outreach content for emails, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Executing omni-channel outreach: email, LinkedIn, events, phone, etc.
  • Monitoring intent signals of key prospects and acting fast
  • Leveraging partnerships for intel on client needs and key contacts
  • Attending events to network and book meetings
  • Holding initial discovery/overview sessions with prospects
  • Documenting discovery in Hubspot
  • Qualifying leads before handing over to sales
  • Securing attendees to Company events/dinners
  • Own the BDR process, both developing, refining and operating
