About the Role
Own the full business development cycle, including lead generation, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing deals with supply partners.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients
- Attend up to four industry conferences and events annually across the UK
- Conduct meetings via Google Hangouts, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other communication platforms with prospective partners
- Deliver compelling sales and product presentations
- Use consultative selling to uncover publisher needs and align them with the right monetisation solutions
- Manage negotiation processes primarily through email
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in programmatic advertising (publisher monetisation, SSP, ad network, ad-ops, supply partnerships, etc.)
Required Skills
- Ability to act as a trusted point of contact for publishers and technical stakeholders
- Solid understanding of JS tags, header bidding, VAST, OpenRTB (you don’t need to be an engineer, just confident with the concepts)
- Strong presentation, communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, good with managing pipelines, deadlines and proactive follow-ups
- Proven track record in business development or account growth in a digital / services-led environment
- A positive, energetic “can-do” attitude and genuine drive to grow with a fast-scaling company
- Self-starter: comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first setup
