Our client is a YouTube Video Ad Tech business that has a phenomenal reputation within the industry. They have their own proprietary brand safety / contextual tech and are about to embark on the next part of their growth journey, and this is your chance to join a trusted, credible and rapidly growing business in the superhot YouTube CTV space.
As a business developer, you are responsible for building brand partnerships with new or existing advertisers. You will be responsible for creating new European partnerships, building senior level relationships and for growing the direct business in the EMEA region. You will be reporting to the Head of Brand Partnerships for EMEA and jointly work on strategic planning and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding and communicating the company’s products and how they will assist clients in reaching their marketing goals.
- Identify and qualify opportunities leveraging your own creativity, inbound lead flow, personal prospecting efforts, contacts, existing accounts and partners.
- Work on a verticalised go to market strategy and focus.
- Approach the role with a growth-oriented, learning, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Managing Brand partnerships with local sales and CSM teams from start to finish, including overarching contracts, strategy, brief response, media plan creation, execution, reporting, and invoicing.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of proven hands-on experience at an Adtech company, publisher, digital media company or digital media agency.
- A strong network ideally across Omnicom, IPG or Havas.
- Have strong communication skills; verbal, written, interpersonal and (group) presentation.
- Thrive as a presenter and be passionate about sales.
- Client facing experience working with the 'big six' advertising agencies.
- Able to help develop and set best practices and help train other team members to stay competitive in an ever changing digital landscape.
