We are seeking a motivated Programmatic Sales Manager to join its London-based team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with early programmatic advertising experience gained on the agency, AdTech or publisher side. Working closely with international sales and programmatic teams, you will combine relationship management, commercial thinking, and technical expertise to drive revenue growth and expand strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, trading desks and global advertisers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with Programmatic, Sales and Marketing teams to create data-driven advertising solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals and sales meetings.
  • Negotiate and close programmatic advertising deals, ensuring strong outcomes for both clients and publisher partners.
  • Utilise SSPs, reporting platforms and CRM systems to monitor campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities and support account management.
  • Provide regular sales updates and market feedback to senior stakeholders.
  • Travel internationally as required to support client engagement and business growth.
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Experience within advertising, media, AdTech or publishing, with a solid understanding of programmatic advertising fundamentals.
  • Existing relationships with agencies, trading desks or advertisers would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales tools and digital advertising technologies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Commercially minded, self-motivated and results-driven approach.
  • Additional European language skills are advantageous but not essential.
