Company Description
YourWellFit is a corporate wellbeing company helping small and medium-sized businesses create healthier, happier and more productive teams. Founded by Joanne Lynch and Harry Stewart, YourWellFit brings together over 30 years of combined experience across health, fitness and business to deliver bespoke employee wellbeing programmes built around real human support.
We believe that wellbeing works best when people feel seen, supported and accountable. That’s why every YourWellFit programme includes:
- A personal Wellness Coach for each employee
- Tailored support across physical, emotional and nutritional wellbeing
- A co-branded wellbeing app with tools, resources and a private social community
- Exclusive wellbeing events and experiences
By blending technology with genuine human connection, YourWellFit helps businesses improve recruitment, retention, engagement and performance — while creating cultures where people truly thrive. We're on a growth journey and are now building a network of like-minded partners who want to help change the way wellbeing is delivered in the workplace.
Role Description
This is a part-time freelance partnership role for a Corporate Wellbeing Sales Partner who believes that healthy, supported people build better businesses. You’ll work directly alongside the founders of YourWellFit to help establish, shape and grow our corporate sales function. This is not a plug-and-play sales role — it’s a true partnership opportunity for someone who enjoys building from the ground up, opening doors, creating opportunity, and helping scale a purpose-driven wellness brand.
You’ll identify and engage potential SME clients, build strategic relationships, create and nurture sales opportunities, guide organisations through the YourWellFit offering, and support them into long-term wellbeing partnerships. This is a fully remote, flexible role offering long-term residual income potential, real influence over how the sales function evolves, and the opportunity to be part of something meaningful from an early stage.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or account management
- Experience working in a startup, scale-up or entrepreneurial environment, where self-direction, initiative and adaptability are essential
- A proven ability to create sales opportunities with tenacity — you’re comfortable opening doors, following up, and building pipelines from scratch
- Experience engaging with SMEs, business owners, HR managers or decision-makers
- Strong communication, relationship-building and influencing skills
- Highly self-motivated, organised and comfortable managing your own pipeline and priorities
- Confident using digital tools and remote working platforms (CRM, email, video calls, etc.)
- A genuine interest in health, fitness, wellbeing or people-focused services
