Are you seeking a regular Weekend Veterinary Surgeon position? Perhaps you are a locum looking for permanent shifts?
Here at Yourvets Rayleigh we have a brand-new role for a Weekend Veterinary Surgeon to cover 1 in 4 weekends. This is an excellent opportunity for a vet to take up permanent shifts and work across our day and OOH teams.
Schedule
The rota is 1 in 4 weekends, Saturday 12pm – 5:30pm, Sunday 8am – 8:30pm.
About the hospital
We are a busy, single site 24hr hospital, where you are encouraged to work up your own cases. You would be joining a friendly and supportive environment, whilst working alongside our experienced nursing team with brilliant support staff.
Our RCVS registered Tier 3 hospital is fully equipped, including dental x-ray and ultrasound facilities, dental x-ray and much more. We also have a dedicated theatre suite, with two theatres, and offer a wide range of orthopaedic, soft tissue and diagnostic procedures. We are a Gold Standard Cat friendly clinic, with cat only waiting areas and wards, in both surgical and hospital areas.
Our hospital is located in Rayleigh which is commutable from Southend-on-sea, Canvey Island, Hockley, Wickford, South Benfleet, South Woodham Ferrers, Billericay, Brentwood, Stanford-Le-Hope, Thundersley, Chelmsford, Maldon, Burnham-on-crouch and other locations in the Greater London and Essex area.
