YourTradeOS is looking for a confident, driven and experienced salesperson to join our growing team. YourTradeOS is an all-in-one job management platform built for trade businesses, including plumbing and heating, electrical, solar and renewables, air conditioning, F-Gas, construction and other service-based industries. This is a proactive sales role. You will spend your day speaking with business owners, booking software demonstrations, following up leads and showing companies how YourTradeOS can save them money and improve the way they operate.

YOUR ROLE

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers
  • Contact prospects through email, telephone and social media
  • Qualify leads and book software demonstrations
  • Deliver confident online and in-person presentations
  • Follow up demos and guide prospects through the sales process
  • Maintain an organised and accurate sales pipeline
  • Build relationships with trade business owners and decision-makers
  • Consistently work towards individual and company sales targets

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous experience in telesales, B2B sales or software sales
  • Confident making cold calls and speaking to business owners
  • Strong objection-handling and closing skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales pipelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
