Yourstyle Leisure is a growing motorhome and caravan dealership based in Northwich, Cheshire. We’re looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media & Marketing Executive to join our team and help drive our online presence, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for creating and delivering engaging content across our social media channels, managing digital marketing campaigns, and supporting wider marketing activity to help showcase our motorhomes, caravans, and leisure services. A friendly, confident manner and the ability to communicate well in person will also be an advantage, as you may occasionally support the sales team with customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Manage and grow online communities, responding to messages and comments.
- Develop marketing campaigns to promote stock, offers, and events.
- Work with the sales team to produce video tours, photography, and adverts.
- Monitor campaign performance and produce regular reports.
- Update website content and optimise for SEO.
- Assist with offline marketing such as flyers, brochures, and local events.
- Support the sales team where needed — e.g., welcoming customers, answering questions, and helping present vehicles.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in social media management and digital marketing (agency or in-house).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Confident using tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar for graphics.
- Basic video editing skills (advantageous but not essential).
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Creative, organised, and able to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence dealing with people face-to-face.
- Interest in the motorhome/caravan/leisure industry (preferred but not essential).
- Willingness to assist with sales when required.
