The Opportunity

What You'll Do
- Creative Execution & Direction
- Deliver and oversee high‑quality brand design across multiple concurrent projects — from brief distillation through to final delivery, including supplier and partner management.
- Translate insights into impactful, multi‑sensory visual solutions that push creative boundaries while remaining purposeful, strategic and on‑brand.
- Maintain a consistently high standard of craft and presentation across all outputs.
- Client & Project Oversight
- Act as a confident creative voice in client‑facing presentations, workshops and pitches — engaging and inspiring with clarity and conviction.
- Build trusted client relationships grounded in a deep understanding of their audience, sector and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for creative growth.
- Contribute to project scoping, resourcing and timelines — proactively spotting issues to keep work on track and on budget.
- Collaboration & Process
- Support the Design Director in briefing, directing and providing feedback to junior, mid‑weight and freelance talent.
- Work collaboratively across disciplines — contributing to a culture of shared ownership, creative rigor and continuous improvement.
