The Role
- The Talent Pipeline, Headhunting & Hiring
- Proactively identify, headhunt, and engage top talent across design, strategy, client services, account management, and operations.
- Build and maintain a strong, future-focused talent pipeline, keeping relationships warm and relevant.
- Conduct market mapping to understand competitor agencies, emerging sectors, and evolving skillsets.
- Network widely through events, communities, referrals, and industry connections.
- Lead first-stage interviews, assessing both capability and cultural alignment.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all candidate interactions positively reflect our studio and values.
- Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
- Own and continuously improve the end-to-end candidate experience, from first contact to offer.
- Clearly and enthusiastically communicate our culture, values, and creative approach.
- Support employer brand initiatives, including content creation, partnerships, events, and external visibility.
- Ensure hiring processes are inclusive, fair, and aligned with DEI best practice.
- Employee Experience & People Initiatives
- Support the delivery of key employee experience initiatives in partnership with the Head of People.
- Contribute to learning and development activity, including supporting training programmes and development pathways.
- Help coordinate workshops, learning resources, and internal initiatives.
- Play a role in onboarding, ensuring new joiners feel welcomed, supported, and set up for success.
- Act as a people-focused point of contact for employees, supporting engagement and connection across the business.
- Assist with engagement surveys, feedback cycles, and people insights to help shape future initiatives.
- Graduate Schemes, Early-Career & Social Mobility
- Support the recruitment, planning, and ongoing management of graduate and early-career programmes.
- Build and maintain partnerships with universities, creative networks, youth organisations, and social mobility charities.
- Help design candidate assessments, workshops, and development opportunities for early-career talent.
- Track progress and engagement, ensuring participants feel supported and are developing throughout the programme.
- Talent Operations & Coordination
- Draft job descriptions for review and final sign-off by hiring managers.
- Prepare interview questions and frameworks to ensure consistency and fairness.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipelines within the ATS / HRIS.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and feedback collation.
- Support hiring communications internally and externally.
- Provide insights and reporting on hiring activity, pipeline health, and market trends.
- Support contractor management, including contracts and ongoing communication.
- Partner with Central Ops and Resource teams to understand and plan future skill and role needs.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and processes.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4 years experience in a role of recruitment or talent sourcing, alongside exposure to project management of culture and engagement initiatives β ideally within a creative, design, or agency environment.
- Previous experience in creating and facilitating graduate or early career programmes.
- Strong relationship-builder with an ability to engage confidently across all levels.
- Warm, clear communicator with a people-first mindset.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Passionate about delivering an excellent candidate and employee experience.
- Genuine interest in learning, development, and people initiatives.
- Strong understanding of DEI principles and inclusive hiring practices.
- Enthusiasm for supporting early-career talent and social mobility pathways.
Culture, Perks & Benefits
- Competitive salary of Β£40,000 - Β£55,000 per annum pro-rata, dependant on experience.
- We value culture and collaboration, for this reason we operate a 3 day in the office and 2 day WFH hybrid working policy (2 days in office for 4-day week work pattern).
