YourStudio is a dynamic strategy and creative agency specialising in next-generation experiences and environments for global brands. With studios in London, Melbourne, New York and LA, we work supportively as one global team to deliver award-winning experiences that are recognised globally.
We are looking for a Midweight 3D Designer who is a conceptual and curious thinker. You will be passionate about how brands come to life in physical retail spaces and be able to create compelling design solutions. You will work within a multidisciplinary team of strategists and designers, translating ideas into spatial design — bringing a grounding in retail fundamentals and an understanding of how experience, service and storytelling combine to create environments that captivate audiences and shape culture.
What You'll Do:
- Bring energy, originality and craft to every stage of the creative process.
- Transform concepts into powerful design outputs — using sketches and 3D visuals to bring ideas off the page and into physical space.
- Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to push ideas, iterate fast, and refine concepts with confidence.
- Support in the design of retail fixture systems and material specifications, liaising with partners and suppliers through the design process.
- Communicate your ideas confidently—whether in internal workshops or client meetings.
- Stay ahead of cultural, digital and design trends, always pushing creative boundaries.
- Uphold YourStudio's creative principles: anchor in an idea, design for emotion, say more with less, use your imagination, and commit.
- Contribute to our studio culture and initiatives—including our B-Corp and sustainability commitments.
You will bring:
- 3+ years of experience in retail environments, experiential design or brand activation.
- An ability to express ideas clearly through hand sketching and 3D visuals.
- An appreciation of materials, fabrication processes and the exploration of storytelling through detail.
- Proficiency in Figma/Miro for collaborative design.
- Proficiency in Cinema 4D for 3D modelling and rendering.
- Working knowledge of Vectorworks for 2D drawing production.
- Experience using AI-assisted and generative tools as part of the creative process.
- A collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and hunger to keep learning.
What We Offer:
- We offer a competitive salary, available upon request, plus our benefits package, which includes:
- We value culture and collaboration, for this reason we operate a 3 day in the office and 2 day WFH hybrid working policy.
- Generous holiday allowance, including 25 days plus.
