We are currently looking for Category C+E - HGV Class 1 Drivers for our client in Waltham Abbey, with immediate starts.
Your HGV Class 1 involves:
- Trunking all over the UK
Shift start times are:
- Early's 00:01-06:00
- Mid 07:00-13:00
- Late's 14:00-19:00
- Nights 20:00-24:00
Nights out are available.
Your HGV Class 1 Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Vehicle checks to ensure road worthiness and compliance with VOSA
- Compliance with Health & Safety
- Refrigeration checks prior to departure and loading
- Ensuring your load is secured at all times, prior to starting a journey, after each delivery or picking up a load
Pay rates for this HGV Class 1 work will be:
- £800pw for a 5 day week
- £960pw for a 6 day week
- Plus £200 bonus
You must fulfil the following for this HGV Class 1 position:
- Held licence for 6 months and driven for more than 60 days in the past 6 months
- No more than 6 penalty points
- Hold a current CPC card
- Hold a current Digi Card
The following penalty codes are not acceptable: AC, BA, CD, DC, DD, DR, DG, IN10, LC, MS90, MW, TT99, MR, UT
*Bonus is a one-off payment after completing 20 full weeks. Our client regularly offers Temp to Perm Positions to the right candidates.
