The Vice President, International Sales, is responsible for leading all revenue-generating activities outside the Americas for YourSix. This executive leadership role serves as the international sales counterpart and peer to the VP of Sales, Americas. The VP will lead YourSix’s international expansion strategy, initially focused on the Nordics, the United Kingdom, Northwest Europe, and Oceania, through channel development, strategic partnerships, and distributor relationships. In parallel, this role owns international product positioning, messaging, and marketing alignment to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all markets outside of the Americas. This position is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and plays an active role in helping shape product development priorities by providing direct market feedback, partner insights, competitive intelligence, and customer-driven requirements to the executive and product leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own all revenue generation activities outside of the Americas.
  • Implement the defined international sales and expansion strategies business case with initial focus on:
    • Nordics
    • United Kingdom
    • Northwest Europe
    • Oceania
    • Other regions/countries as defined and agreed upon.
  • Implement new value-based money-making logic, price books, SKU pricing, definition and partner discounting for each country/region.
  • Support Sweden finance and legal on contracts, invoicing, banking and collection activities.
  • Establish regional growth plans, sales targets, and market penetration strategies.
  • Drive pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and attainment of international revenue objectives.
  • Build scalable international sales operations and partner-led go-to-market programs.
  • Develop, evaluate, and validate business plans for entry into new international regions and markets proposed by partners or internal stakeholders.
  • Assess regional viability, revenue potential, operational requirements, competitive landscape, channel readiness, and long-term scalability before market entry decisions are made.

Channel, Distribution & Strategic Partnerships

  • Recruit, onboard, and activate reseller, systems integrator, and distribution partners globally.
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with:
    • Systems Integrators (SIs)
    • Value Added Distributors (VADs)
    • Distributors
    • Technology Alliance Partners
    • Strategic Channel Partners
  • Negotiate and execute partner agreements and channel programs.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that accelerate international growth and market presence.
  • Establish partner enablement and performance frameworks designed to drive measurable revenue growth and market adoption.
  • Serve as a strategic voice of the customer and partner ecosystem within the organization.
  • Influence product development priorities by providing market intelligence, customer feedback, regional requirements, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate closely with product management and engineering leadership to align product direction with market demand and international growth opportunities.
  • Standardize international sales processes, methodologies, tools, systems, and best practices.

Compensation & Performance Strategy

  • Design and maintain compensation plans for all quota-bearing sales roles outside North America.
  • Align compensation structures with corporate growth objectives and regional market conditions.
  • Partner with finance and executive leadership on forecasting, incentives, and operational planning.
  • Serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or related industries.
  • Proven success leading international sales expansion and channel development efforts.
  • Demonstrated experience building partner ecosystems across Europe and international markets.
  • Strong understanding of systems integrator, distribution, and alliance-based go-to-market models.
  • Executive-level experience with forecasting, compensation planning, and strategic business development.
  • Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to influence product direction and roadmap priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and operationalize entry into new international markets and regions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in physical security, cybersecurity, public safety, or enterprise software industries.
  • Existing relationships within the European and Oceania channel and distribution communities.
  • Experience working in high-growth or scaling technology companies.
  • Strong international negotiation and business development background.
