At Your Shortlist Original, you would be responsible for creating new business opportunities for clients by identifying, calling, and booking meetings with senior decision-makers through professional B2B outreach campaigns. We don’t believe great SDRs are script-readers. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Working with rich and detailed data
  • Building relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Creating high-quality meetings with senior decision-makers
  • Delivering consultative B2B outreach campaigns on behalf of global tech brands
  • Understanding client propositions and articulating value clearly
  • Managing outreach activity across calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
  • Working collaboratively with campaign managers and clients
  • Contributing ideas, messaging approaches, and campaign improvements

Requirements
  • Previous B2B sales, SDR, lead generation, or outbound experience
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with strong personal accountability
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Positive, resilient, and adaptable mindset
  • Experience within tech, SaaS, or marketing environments
  • ABM or campaign-based sales experience
