What is the role
We sell our brands on the biggest UK websites including Next, Very & Debenhams, alongside international websites Zalando and La Redoute. This role is about maximising sales across these platforms. You will need excellent attention to detail and a tenacity to keep driving sales. An aptitude for writing and grammar will also be required. You must be able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines. An interest in fashion and previous experience in an online sales role would be beneficial but is not essential.
What you will do
- Load products efficiently to each marketplace and meet product deadlines.
- Keep all product information up to date, including prices and key details, according to marketplace requirements.
- Attribute products with key item specifics to optimise search visibility.
- Assign up-to-date imagery to all products.
- Classify products correctly into categories and sub-categories to improve relevancy.
- Ensure products are live across all markets, maintain product parity reporting, and resolve non-live items immediately.
- Research competitor activity to produce best-in-class data enrichment.
- Produce weekly performance reports and analysis.
- Raise marketplace issues and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support marketplace activities and initiatives to optimise content and increase sales.
