The Vacancy

KEY DUTIES:
- Responsible for opening and closing the store in the absence of management as required
- Cashing up at the end of the day and ensuring correct procedures are followed
- Providing backup support to the Store/Deputy Manager and reporting issues
- Optimise sales and individual customer purchases
- Deliver first-class customer service to engage customers
- Operate the till and handle financial transactions
- Replenish stock with products and brands
- Assist with deliveries and stock handling
- Undertake cleaning and housekeeping duties
- Ensure compliance with all company procedures
- Take responsibility for personal development and seek opportunities for improvement
- Responsible for health and safety

This contracted hours are guaranteed weekly minimum, but flexibility and additional hours during peak periods are expected.
