Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment & Talent Pipeline: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including expanding sourcing channels, coordinating interviews, and building a robust talent pool to support key organizational roles.
- Career Development & Planning: Assist in defining career paths for critical positions and provide professional guidance for employees' career growth.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Administer all stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation reviews, internal transfers, contract renewals, and offboarding procedures.
- Personnel Records & Compliance Audit: Establish and maintain accurate employee files; ensure all HR records comply with the latest UK employment regulations and data protection standards; proactively monitor and stay updated on changes in UK employment laws and regulations to ensure continuous HR compliance.
- Performance Management: Oversee the end-to-end performance appraisal process, including notifying departments to submit appraisals, tracking completion status and scoring progress, and auditing performance review forms for accuracy and consistency.
- Training & Employee Relations: Coordinate induction and skills training sessions; act as a point of contact for policy inquiries, monitor employee morale, and handle grievances or labor disputes impartially.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Accurately calculate salaries and pensions for UK employees; manage payroll distribution and ensure compliance with HMRC tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Other duties: Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the leadership team.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year of HR-related experience; prior experience in UK-based HR operations is highly preferred.
- Professional Qualification: CIPD qualification (Level 3 or above) is a significant advantage.
- Work Authorization: Must possess the legal right to work in the UK; the company does not provide visa sponsorship.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken); ability to accurately handle bilingual legal documents and employment contracts in a cross-cultural environment.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of UK Employment Law; highly organized with strong attention to detail, a high sense of confidentiality, and the ability to resolve complex issues effectively.
