As a Property Management Specialist, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team, responsible for the following:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of UK property rental clients, including but not limited to lease document preparation, hardware repairs, correspondence handling, utility registrations and updates, and addressing routine concerns.
  • Maintaining and nurturing strong client relationships, skillfully negotiating to resolve issues, and proactively reducing complaint rates.
  • Utilizing English for effective communication with overseas resources to address client needs.
  • Handling essential paperwork in daily operations, including bilingual correspondence, English communication, and file management.
  • Collaborating with department leaders to accomplish additional tasks as needed.
