Job description
- Visit designated properties to conduct on-site photography (interior and exterior) and document the condition of the property;
- Inspect and record the condition of furniture, appliances, and other facilities within the property;
- Prepare detailed inventory reports based on provided templates (comprehensive training and sample reports will be provided);
- Reports must include details such as the condition, quantity, and brand of items or facilities;
- Submit high-quality, accurate reports within the required timeframe.
