The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

Daily operation for UK property rental clients, including but not limited to material preparation for lease period, registration and update of utilities and electricity, management of daily problems, property inspection after the lease period, etc.

Responsible for maintaining client relationship, negotiates with client to solve the problem, reduces complaint rate.

Uses English to communicate with overseas resources and solves the problem of property rental clients.

Handles paperwork on a daily basis, including but not limited to bilingual correspondence, English communication, file archive, etc.

Cooperates with department head to complete other work.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • English can be used as a working language
  • Work experience unlimited, we can train you if you have no relevant work experience
  • Able to think independently and put forward constructive suggestions.
