Responsibilities

  • Property Marketing and Promotion:

Accountability: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies for property listings to attract potential tenants.

Tasks: Create and manage property advertisements, conduct market analysis to set competitive rental prices, and ensure property listings are accurate and engaging.

  • Client Liaison and Relationship Management:

\n

Accountability: Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and prospective tenants, providing high-quality service and support.

\n

Tasks: Communicate regularly with landlords regarding the status of their properties, offer advice on market conditions and rental rates, and address tenant queries and concerns promptly.

  • Lease Negotiation and Agreement Management:
  • \n

\n

Accountability: Negotiate lease terms between landlords and tenants and ensure that all lease agreements are legally compliant and clearly understood by all parties.

\n

Tasks: Draft and review tenancy agreements, negotiate terms such as rent levels and lease duration, and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate..

  • Compliance and Legal Adherence:
  • \n

\n

Accountability: Ensure all lettings activities comply with relevant laws and regulations to protect the interests of landlords and tenants and avoid legal issues.

Tasks: Stay updated on changes in lettings legislation, apply legal requirements to lease agreements and property management practices, and maintain accurate records.

  • Team Collaboration and Support:

Accountability: Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to the overall success of the lettings department.

Tasks: Share information and resources with colleagues, support junior staff and administrative team members, and participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above required.
  • \n

  • Educational background in property management, real estate, or related fields is preferred.
  • \n

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • \n

  • Requires at least one year of experience in leasing; candidates with less than a year of leasing experience but with other sales experience are also acceptable.

  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
