Responsibilities
- Property Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies for property listings to attract potential tenants. Create and manage property advertisements, conduct market analysis to set competitive rental prices, and ensure property listings are accurate and engaging.
- Client Liaison and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and prospective tenants, providing high-quality service and support. Communicate regularly with landlords regarding the status of their properties, offer advice on market conditions and rental rates, and address tenant queries and concerns promptly.
- Lease Negotiation and Agreement Management: Negotiate lease terms between landlords and tenants and ensure that all lease agreements are legally compliant and clearly understood by all parties. Draft and review tenancy agreements, negotiate terms such as rent levels and lease duration, and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Compliance and Legal Adherence: Ensure all lettings activities comply with relevant laws and regulations to protect the interests of landlords and tenants and avoid legal issues. Stay updated on changes in lettings legislation, apply legal requirements to lease agreements and property management practices, and maintain accurate records.
- Team Collaboration and Support: Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to the overall success of the lettings department. Share information and resources with colleagues, support junior staff and administrative team members, and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above required. Educational background in property management, real estate, or related fields is preferred.
