Primarily responsible for property leasing consultations and rental procedures in cities across the United Kingdom, addressing customer rental needs.
- Familiarize oneself with UK rental regulations and processes through training, and respond to customer inquiries related to the rental process via phone and email.
- Coordinate and facilitate customer property viewings.
- Assist customers in completing rental procedures, including but not limited to background checks, contract signing, and move-in coordination.
- Carry out periodic property inspections and report and deal with maintenance issues.
- Arrange contractors to carry out work, reporting to line manager.
- Obtain competitive quotations.
- Any other tasks as per business needs.
