Primarily responsible for property leasing consultations and rental procedures in cities across the United Kingdom, addressing customer rental needs.

  • Familiarize oneself with UK rental regulations and processes through training, and respond to customer inquiries related to the rental process via phone and email.
  • Coordinate and facilitate customer property viewings.
  • Assist customers in completing rental procedures, including but not limited to background checks, contract signing, and move-in coordination.
  • Carry out periodic property inspections and report and deal with maintenance issues.
  • Arrange contractors to carry out work, reporting to line manager.
  • Obtain competitive quotations.
  • Any other tasks as per business needs.
