Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire lettings process from property listing to tenant move-in, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
- Conduct professional property viewings, offering expert advice on properties and the local market.
- Negotiate tenancy terms and rental agreements to achieve the best outcomes for both landlords and tenants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and potential clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Assist clients throughout the lettings process, including tenant referencing, contract preparation, and move-in coordination.
- Manage and optimise property listings across major online platforms to maximise exposure and enquiries.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly lettings targets and revenue KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company’s property portfolio.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with external partners, while actively expanding new cooperation channels and tenant sourcing networks.

Requirements
- Proven experience in the real estate industry, preferably within lettings.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills with a proven ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge of the London property market and surrounding areas (preferred).
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
