Daily operation for UK property rental clients, including but not limited to material preparation for lease period, registration and update of utilities and electricity, management of daily problems, property inspection after the lease period.
Responsible for maintaining client relationships, negotiating with clients to solve problems, and reducing complaint rates.
Uses English to communicate with overseas resources and solves the problems of property rental clients.
Handles paperwork on a daily basis, including but not limited to bilingual correspondence, English communication, and file archiving.
Cooperates with department head to complete other work.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
- English can be used as a working language
- Work experience unlimited; training is available for those without relevant work experience
