Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operational management of leasing activities within the Birmingham/London region and its surrounding jurisdictions; coordinate all matters—both during and outside of tenancy periods—including, but not limited to, tenant move-ins and move-outs, maintenance and cleaning arrangements, mid-term property inspections, property viewings, and other recurring tasks.
- Coordinate and supervise the daily workflow and task execution of the Birmingham/London team, ensuring that all assignments are carried out in accordance with established standards, completed on time, and executed without omission.
- Collaborate with the company's Leasing Department on relevant initiatives; coordinate and schedule property viewings, and efficiently allocate personnel and time resources to ensure that viewing operations proceed in an organized and highly efficient manner.
- Coordinate and resolve complex issues and emergency situations arising within the Birmingham/London region and its surrounding areas; allocate resources effectively to ensure the safety and security of tenants remain uncompromised.
- Coordinate and manage third-party vendors and partner resources (e.g., maintenance contractors, cleaning services, property management firms, etc.); facilitate communication and coordination with these parties while supervising their work to ensure that delivered services are of high quality and provided in a timely fashion.
- Review and standardize daily administrative documentation and correspondence—including bilingual emails, phone calls, text messages, etc.—as well as file organization, archiving, and data entry, ensuring that all records are accurate and complete.
- Assist in optimizing operational workflows; proactively identify and report issues encountered during daily operations, propose recommendations for improvement, and drive the implementation of these solutions.
- Assist the Department Head in completing other assigned duties, and provide support for other city-specific operations and arrangements whenever necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher;
- Proficiency in English as a working language, with strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Prior experience in property management or customer service-related fields is preferred;
- A strong sense of responsibility and excellent execution capabilities, with the ability to independently resolve issues and drive tasks to completion;
- Possess coordination skills and a basic understanding of management principles, with the ability to organize and prioritize work effectively;
- Possess proactive and critical thinking skills, with the ability to propose improvements and continuously enhance work efficiency.
