Job description: Primarily responsible for property leasing consultations and rental procedures in cities across the United Kingdom, addressing customer rental needs. Familiarize oneself with UK rental regulations and processes through training, and respond to customer inquiries related to the rental process via phone and email. Coordinate and facilitate customer property viewings. Assist customers in completing rental procedures, including but not limited to background checks, contract signing, and move-in coordination. Carry out periodic property inspections and report and deal with maintenance issues. Arrange contractors to carry out work, reporting to line manager. Obtain competitive quotations. Any other tasks as per business needs.
