Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Responsible for comprehensive recruitment work, including channel expansion, interview arrangements, and talent pool establishment; providing continuous talent support for key positions.
  • Career Development and Planning: Assist in formulating career development paths for key positions and provide career planning guidance to employees.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle employee onboarding, regularisation, job transfers, contract renewals, and resignations.
  • Personnel Files and Compliance Audit: Establish and maintain accurate employee personnel files; ensure all records comply with the latest UK regulations; closely monitor and stay updated on changes in UK labour policies and laws to ensure HR operations remain compliant.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the entire performance appraisal process, including reminding departments to submit performance plans, tracking appraisal status and scoring progress, and auditing performance review forms for accuracy and consistency.
  • Training and Employee Relations: Organise employee onboarding and skills training; address company policy inquiries, monitor employee morale, and handle complaints and labour disputes impartially.
  • Payroll and Benefits Calculation: Accurately calculate UK employee salaries and pensions, manage payroll distribution, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Other Duties: Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of HR-related experience; prior experience in UK-based HR operations is highly preferred.
  • Professional Qualification: CIPD qualification (Level 3 or above) is a significant advantage.
  • Work Authorization: Must possess the legal right to work in the UK; the company does not provide visa sponsorship.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken); ability to accurately handle bilingual legal documents and employment contracts in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Technical Skills: Solid understanding of UK Employment Law; highly organized with strong attention to detail, a high sense of confidentiality, and the ability to resolve complex issues effectively.
