Responsibilities:

  • Visit designated properties to conduct photography assignments, capturing both overall and detailed conditions (interior and exterior); business travel may be required.
  • Inspect and verify the quantity and condition of furniture, appliances, and various facilities within the property.
  • Assist tenants with move-in procedures, either remotely or on-site, by completing the check-in process.
  • Coordinate with third-party cleaning teams, including scheduling access times and managing key handovers.
  • Assist with inventory management, including record keeping for stock-in and stock-out, restocking, and organizing supplies.
  • Support moving companies or colleagues in transporting/delivering small furniture or household items.
  • Ensure order information is accurately recorded, and promptly report and communicate any issues identified.
  • Participate in product listing, market research, price management, content optimization, and event planning/execution to enhance platform visibility and conversion rates.
  • Assist with customer service and after-sales issue resolution to improve customer experience and promote order conversions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong observational and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using mobile phones or cameras for photography and basic image processing.
  • Good English reading and basic writing skills; able to communicate with clients, platform support, suppliers, and partners via email or phone in English.
