Job Description:
- Maintain relationships with property investment clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Oversee post-purchase operations for clients, including but not limited to follow-ups on property rental management and related activities.
- Manage property projects for clients and maintain positive client relationships.
- Assist clients in managing the financial aspects of their property, including tracking income and expenses, and providing regular reports.
- Optimizing client relationship management strategies, and showcasing our services and expertise effectively.
- Collaborate with the department head on other assigned tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience; background in client management, investment, or the real estate industry is preferred.
- Professional Attributes: Strong sense of ethics, honesty, attention to detail, responsibility, and excellent execution skills. Able to work under pressure and possesses strong communication abilities.
- Client Focus: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a strong customer service mindset.
