Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries and convert leads regarding property management and furniture services after property purchase; provide ongoing support before rental begins.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through reception, consultation, and identifying deeper investment needs.
  • Assist the after-sales team in client communication and help convert value-added services (e.g., tax filing, licensing, insurance).
  • Support property resale efforts by following up on leads, conducting property viewings, and matching clients with suitable projects.
  • Work with the department head on business optimization and provide support to other teams as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above; overseas education or English major preferred.
  • Able to work in English and Cantonese; CET-6 or equivalent required. Relevant certifications (e.g., CET-6, TEM-4/8, IELTS, TOEFL) are preferred.
  • At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in customer service, investment, or real estate.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, excellent execution, resilience under pressure, and strong communication skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
