岗位职责:

  • 负责伯明翰及周边管辖区域租赁业务的整体运营管理工作,统筹租赁期内外各项事务,包括但不限于入住及退房安排、维修与清洁安排、中期检查安排、带看以及其他周期性工作;
  • 负责统筹和监督伯明翰团队的日常工作安排与执行情况,确保各项任务按标准执行、按时完成且无遗漏;
  • 负责配合公司招租部门开展相关工作,统筹规划带看安排,合理协调人员和时间,确保带看工作高效有序进行;
  • 负责协调处理伯明翰及周边管辖区域内的复杂问题及突发情况,合理调配资源,确保租户安全不受威胁;
  • 负责统筹并合理安排第三方及合作资源(如维修、清洁、物业管理公司等),进行沟通与协调,同时监督第三方工作内容,确保交付的服务质量优秀且及时;
  • 负责审核并规范日常文书工作,包括双语邮件,电话,信息等往来、文件整理归档及信息录入,确保资料准确、完整;
  • 协助优化业务流程,及时发现并反馈工作中的问题,提出改进建议并推动落实;
  • 配合部门负责人完成其他工作,并在必要时协助其他城市的工作和安排。

任职要求:

  • 本科及以上学历;
  • 英语可作为工作语言,具备良好的书面及口头沟通能力;
  • 具备一定物业管理或客户服务相关经验者优先;
  • 具备较强的责任心和执行力,能够独立处理问题并推动工作落地;
  • 具备一定的协调能力与基础管理意识,能够统筹安排工作;具备主动思考能力,能够提出优化建议并持续提升工作效率;
