岗位职责：
- 负责伯明翰及周边管辖区域租赁业务的整体运营管理工作，统筹租赁期内外各项事务，包括但不限于入住及退房安排、维修与清洁安排、中期检查安排、带看以及其他周期性工作；
- 负责统筹和监督伯明翰团队的日常工作安排与执行情况，确保各项任务按标准执行、按时完成且无遗漏；
- 负责配合公司招租部门开展相关工作，统筹规划带看安排，合理协调人员和时间，确保带看工作高效有序进行；
- 负责协调处理伯明翰及周边管辖区域内的复杂问题及突发情况，合理调配资源，确保租户安全不受威胁；
- 负责统筹并合理安排第三方及合作资源（如维修、清洁、物业管理公司等），进行沟通与协调，同时监督第三方工作内容，确保交付的服务质量优秀且及时；
- 负责审核并规范日常文书工作，包括双语邮件，电话，信息等往来、文件整理归档及信息录入，确保资料准确、完整；
- 协助优化业务流程，及时发现并反馈工作中的问题，提出改进建议并推动落实；
- 配合部门负责人完成其他工作，并在必要时协助其他城市的工作和安排。
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历；
- 英语可作为工作语言，具备良好的书面及口头沟通能力；
- 具备一定物业管理或客户服务相关经验者优先；
- 具备较强的责任心和执行力，能够独立处理问题并推动工作落地；
- 具备一定的协调能力与基础管理意识，能够统筹安排工作；具备主动思考能力，能够提出优化建议并持续提升工作效率；
