KEY DUTIES:
- Optimize sales and individual customer purchases
- Engage customers with first-class service
- Operate the till and handle financial transactions
- Replenish stock with our products and brands
- Assist with deliveries and stock handling during busy periods
- Undertake cleaning and housekeeping duties
- Ensure compliance with company procedures
- Take responsibility for personal development and seek improvement opportunities
