As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Workshop Manager to lead our furniture manufacturing team, delivering outstanding custom pieces for our beautiful lodge interiors.

Role Overview: As Workshop Manager, you will oversee the production of bespoke furniture, ensuring all pieces meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. You will manage a team of skilled joiners and craftspeople, organise workflow, and maintain a safe and efficient workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop.
  • Oversee the manufacture of bespoke furniture from start to finish.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the workshop team.
  • Ensure all work is completed to design specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
  • Order materials and manage stock levels.
  • Maintain workshop health and safety compliance.
  • Liaise closely with the design and production teams to bring concepts to life.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing a furniture workshop.
