Description

Your Retreats Ltd is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Labourer with a valid Forklift Truck (FLT) Licence to join our team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring it remains clean, safe, and organised while assisting with the efficient handling of materials for our construction projects specialising in park and luxury lodges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse and factory environment.
  • Cleaning production and warehouse areas, including workstations, walkways, and storage areas.
  • Receiving, unloading, and storing incoming stock and materials.
  • Picking and preparing materials for delivery to the production team or site.
  • Operating a forklift truck safely to move stock, materials, and equipment.
  • Loading and unloading vehicles as required.
  • Carrying out regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Emptying waste bins and ensuring waste is disposed of correctly.
  • Following all health and safety procedures and company policies at all times.
  • Supporting the Warehouse Manager and wider team with general warehouse and labouring duties as required.

Requirements

  • Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance preferred).
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, factory, or construction environment.
  • A strong work ethic with a proactive approach to housekeeping.
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual handling tasks.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment.
