Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service And Operations Coordinator to manage post-sales customer support, administrative tasks, and internal resource coordination. This role ensures smooth operations, excellent client satisfaction, and effective coordination across all teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage after-sales support, including client inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate lodge deliveries and siting teams
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service reports, and follow-ups
  • Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and reporting
  • Organise and allocate resources effectively to support operations
  • Assist management with workflow planning and process improvement initiatives
  • Monitor KPIs and report on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in after-sales support, operations coordination, or administrative roles, ideally in manufacturing or related industries
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using MS Office. Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and coordinate across multiple teams
  • A diploma, certificate, or relevant degree or training in business administration, operations, logistics or manufacturing is an advantage but not required
