Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service And Operations Coordinator to manage post-sales customer support, administrative tasks, and internal resource coordination. This role ensures smooth operations, excellent client satisfaction, and effective coordination across all teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage after-sales support, including client inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution
- Coordinate lodge deliveries and siting teams
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service reports, and follow-ups
- Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and reporting
- Organise and allocate resources effectively to support operations
- Assist management with workflow planning and process improvement initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and report on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) in after-sales support, operations coordination, or administrative roles, ideally in manufacturing or related industries
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
