You’ve done the shifts. You’ve supported the team. You’ve held the home together when things got tough. Now you’re ready for more. We’re working with a growing children’s residential provider who are opening a brand-new home in Reading and are looking for a Deputy Manager ready to step into a Registered Manager role. This isn’t about maintaining someone else’s service; this is about building your own.
The Opportunity
You’ll lead the setup, registration and launch of a new home supporting young people aged 8-16 with EBD and learning disabilities (LD). From day one, you’ll shape the culture, the team and the standards. This is your chance to create a home that genuinely feels like one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll take full ownership of the home and:
