Are you an experienced Account Manager who enjoys building strong relationships, spotting opportunities, and delivering real impact? We are working with a unique, purpose-led organisation (based in Wallington) that partners with commercial, government, and not-for-profit organisations to deliver services that help prevent crime and protect communities — all through trusted, anonymous reporting channels.

The Role

This is not your typical account management role. You will take ownership of a portfolio of key partners, managing relationships while identifying opportunities to grow and enhance services. This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll:

  • Manage and grow existing partner accounts
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across specialist services
  • Support contract renewals and ongoing partnership development
  • Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Data, and Marketing
  • Produce reports, insights, and performance updates for partners
  • Help shape how services are delivered and improved

This is a role where you can truly make your mark — balancing strategic account growth, relationship management, and commercial thinking in an environment where trust, integrity, and innovation sit at the heart of everything.

About You

You will come from an Account Management or Client Services background and feel confident managing multiple stakeholders and accounts. You’ll be:

  • Strong in relationship and stakeholder management
  • Comfortable identifying commercial opportunities
  • Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Confident working across teams and using data to inform decisions

No direct industry experience is required — curiosity and initiative are key.

What’s on Offer

  • £35,000 – £38,000 salary
  • 30 days holiday + bank holidays
  • 3 days volunteering leave
  • Enhanced pension (4%)
  • Life insurance (2x salary)
  • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 home)
  • Strong learning & development culture

There is no commission structure — success and KPI’s here are measured by impact, relationships, and sustainable growth, not sales pressure.
