A superb opportunity has arisen as a Part-time Training Coordinator working for a leading and rapidly expanding Motor Insurance company; a company that can offer a fun and vibrant working environment (they have a pool table and posh coffee!) excellent benefits, team nights out and personal development. Salary: £35,000 pro rata Location: Redhill Hours: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday – 08:30 to 17:00 Benefits Including: 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, social night outs with the team, brand new offices with pool table, sofa areas and outdoor patio area, cycle to work scheme, life assurance, season ticket loan, enhance maternity/paternity pay, car leasing agreement, paid dental check-up care, referral scheme, trade discounts, merlin discounts. Interested? ….. The purpose of this role is to craft, deliver and conduct engaging training and inductions both virtually and in-person. This role plays a pivotal role in ensuring staff have the training and development needed to fullfill their job role and as such you will work alongside managers to identify training needs and support with their development and product specific knowledge. What will your responsibilities include? * Manage an online Learning Management System to assist in the delivery and reporting of training. * Support the continuous development of all staff through identifying training needs, creating training plans and developing material to enhance knowledge of product and skills. * Employ coaching approaches to enhance staff performance and support individual development goals. * Continually develop and maintain training in line with regulation and company processes. * Follow-up and evaluate training and development programs. Who will suit this role? The successful candidate will have experience in developing and delivering training to others with the confidence in using technology to support training programmes and initiatives. The addition of a training/teaching qualification would be highly beneficial. * Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people\’s attitudes when necessary. * Excellent written and spoken communication skills that allow you to present, inform and advise a range of audiences. * Strong presentation skills that engage learners and support them in breaking down complex concepts. * A passion to drive high standards and company values. * A proactive approach to problem solving. * Be able to work on your own initiative and possess the ability to offer new ideas. * Organisational and planning skills to manage your time and meet deadlines and objectives. * Excellent time-keeping skills to enable you to effectively manage training schedules. * Personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills. ***For your information: *Interested?
