An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assurance Assistant to join a growing Quality Assurance team. This role involves internal auditing across multiple departments, providing detailed feedback to employees and managers, and supporting internal data analysis and reporting. You may also have the opportunity to attend audits with external business partners and assist with complaint handling, making this a varied and engaging role.
This position would suit someone who is naturally inquisitive, highly organised, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and confidence engaging with colleagues and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits across various departments
- Provide constructive feedback on audit findings to staff and management
- Assist with internal data analysis and reporting
- Support audits of external partners when required
- Assist with complaint handling
