An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assurance Assistant to join a growing Quality Assurance team. This role involves internal auditing across multiple departments, providing detailed feedback to employees and managers, and supporting internal data analysis and reporting. You may also have the opportunity to attend audits with external business partners and assist with complaint handling, making this a varied and engaging role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits across various departments
- Provide constructive feedback on audit findings to staff and management
