An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join a busy and supportive organisation as an interim People Team Manager. This is a varied role where you will lead a team of HR professionals while partnering with managers and senior leaders to deliver effective people strategies and outstanding HR support.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing the People Team to deliver a high-quality HR service.
- Providing expert advice on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence and performance management.
- Managing complex and sensitive HR cases, ensuring best practice and legal compliance.
- Supporting workforce planning, organisational change, restructures and consultation processes.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to drive engagement, wellbeing and organisational effectiveness.
- Overseeing contracts of employment, compliance and people data management.
- Collaborating with Payroll, Recruitment and external advisors to ensure seamless service delivery.
To be successful, you will have:
- CIPD qualification (Level 7 / MCIPD preferred).
