We are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join a busy and supportive HR team based in Redhill.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong employee relations experience who enjoys providing practical HR advice and support across a wide range of HR activities.

HR Advisor - Temporary Redhill, Surrey Β£17.00 per hour Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm Immediate Start | Up to August 2026 Must

Have: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service Key Responsibilities Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.

Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts and leavers.

Manage employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters.

Advise on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation.

Support probation reviews and attendance management processes.

Assist with recruitment activities during busy periods.

Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.

Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
