The Essentials
- Salary: £26,000 – £27,000
- Hours: 35 per week, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
- Start: ASAP - 6-month FTC, with view to go permanent
- Location: Bristol (office-based initially, hybrid after training – 2/3 days office/home)

What You’ll Be Doing:
As part of the scheduling team, you’ll be the link between customers and engineers—making sure appointments for smart meter installations, exchanges, and maintenance are arranged smoothly and efficiently.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Handling customer queries via phone and email.
- Scheduling and coordinating engineer diaries.
- Allocating urgent/emergency work effectively.
- Hitting performance targets and KPIs.
- Using initiative to solve scheduling challenges.
- Ensuring all service levels are met.
- Building strong relationships with your team, engineers, and partners.
What You’ll Bring:
- Up to 2 years’ experience in scheduling/administration (desirable, not essential).
- Awareness of Meter Operators (MOP) – a bonus!
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving ability.
- Confident IT skills (PC systems & MS Office).
- A proactive, professional, and team-focused approach.
