Your Recruit Ltd in Purley is seeking a Part-time HR Manager to step into a standalone, high-impact role where you’ll shape the people strategy and grow with the business.

Reporting to the CFO, you’ll own HR processes, manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management, while embedding a positive, inclusive culture.

Flexible 2–2.5 days, 1 day in the office + 1 day WFH.
