About the Role: This role will provide crucial administrative support to operational teams, helping ensure the smooth delivery of services to clients nationwide. The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining high standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: * Schedule and coordinate engineer site visits, managing diaries and client communication. * Process completed jobs in Simpro, maintain accurate records, and support document preparation and reporting. * Review lab reports, match results to jobs, and prepare low-value quotations. * Collaborate with engineers and colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve queries. * Ensure all admin tasks meet quality standards, compliance, and internal processes. About You: * Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a service-focused or technical environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. * Comfortable working with databases and business management systems (experience with Simpro desirable but not essential).
