About the Role

Our client is a specialist children’s residential care provider offering high-quality, trauma-informed care and support to children and young people with complex emotional, behavioural and additional needs. They are looking for a compassionate, resilient and reliable Residential Support Worker to join a brand-new children’s residential home in Cheltenham. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about residential childcare and wants to make a positive difference to the lives of young people, helping them feel safe, supported and able to develop independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build positive, trusting and professional relationships with children and young people.
  • Provide day-to-day care, support and supervision within a children’s residential setting.
  • Support young people with routines, education, activities, appointments and life skills.
