What You’ll Be Doing
- As a key member of the contracts team, you’ll help ensure the smooth delivery of services across multiple client sites by supporting managers, engineers, suppliers, and customers.
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Contracts Manager and engineering team.
- Coordinating engineer diaries, appointments, and reactive callouts.
- Managing client communications via phone and email.
- Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Maintaining health and safety documentation.
- Assisting with invoicing, reports, and contract administration.
- Keeping records and internal systems up to date.
