An exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in Bognor Regis and play a key role in creating a safe, stable and nurturing environment for young people. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to lead from the front, build a positive culture within the home and genuinely make an impact on the lives of children and young people.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding and compliance are consistently maintained. You will lead and develop the staff team, oversee care planning and risk management, support the home’s ongoing development and work closely with Ofsted and external professionals to achieve positive outcomes for young people.

The successful candidate will be a strong and confident leader with experience within children’s residential care, a good understanding of Children’s Homes Regulations and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care.
