We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established provider in Redhill who is looking for compassionate, reliable and proactive Support Workers to join their friendly team.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support adults in a residential setting, helping them to live fulfilling, independent lives while providing the reassurance and encouragement they need every day.
Location: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience) Hours: Full Time | Shifts including weekends and bank holidays
What You will Be Doing
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily lives, promoting dignity, choice and independence at every opportunity.
Your responsibilities will include
- Providing person-centred care and emotional support.
- Assisting with personal care where required.
- Supporting residents with daily living activities, hobbies and community outings.
- Encouraging independence and helping individuals achieve personal goals.
- Building positive, trusting relationships with residents and their families.
- Administering or supporting with medication (following training and procedures).
- Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any changes or concerns.
- Working closely with colleagues and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.

Ideally you will have
- Previous experience within adult social care, residential care or a support worker role
- A caring, patient and empathetic approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to remain calm and positive in a variety of situations.
- A willingness to undertake training and ongoing professional development.
- Flexibility to work a rota including weekends and bank holidays.
